This pillar consists of light and light-medium roasted coffees from Africa. This offering includes, but is not limited to: coffees from Ethiopia, Burundi, and Rwanda. These coffees tend to be fruity and sweet. These coffees will usually have a higher level of acidity that many will find pleasant and engaging.

This offering includes, but is not limited to: coffees from Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, and Peru. coffees tend to be big-bodied, chocolatey, and nutty–though some will have palatable, less acidic notes of fruit as well.
This pillar consists of “Dark Skies”, our proprietary blend of robust and full-bodied coffees. Dark Skies has a flavor profile consistent with the preferences of dark roast drinkers. These notes would include chocolate, caramel, charred sugars, and molasses. Dark Skies represents a low level of acidity.
This pillar consists of “Timberline”, our flagship espresso. While used in our shop exclusively as our house espresso, Timberline is a truly modern espresso, roasted to a medium roast level. This means it works fabulously as an espresso or filter coffee. Timberline has a flavor profile consisting of notes such as dark chocolate, caramel, and roasted nuts.
