Cupping Notes
When we first cupped this coffee, it really stood out to us on the table. With a fragrance of apple and spices and a clean but viscous body, it has a lasting impression on the palate. Caramel Granny Smith Apple is what we taste, but it has a pleasant saltiness that melds into a peanut brittle taste with a brisk, clean finish. Needless to say, we bought the whole lot, which is less than 300 lbs.
