Cupping Notes
Geisha coffee has baggage for sure. We've had some that almost taste like nothing and others that wow. We waited and waited until we found something worth paying for that was absolutely worth it. When you smell the grounds, you can smell hazelnut and something rich, which totally transfers into the cup. It is filled with hazelnut flavor and can be likened to Nutella as it's mixed with deep cocoa tones. But then there is the surprise-- a honeysuckle acidity that pops in the mouth like real honeysuckle! The clean, smooth finish you'd expect is nearly perfect, which is what triggers the brain to say: “Yes, this is unique and worth every cent.”

Farming Notes – From the Farm Owners
Since Mr. Trinidad E. Cruz established Santa Felisa in 1904, we have come to a long path keeping original funding values of integrity, quality, loyalty and justice. We are now the fourth generation of coffee growers administering and operating the farm: Anabella and Antonio Meneses. These values have led us through the ever-changing trends of the market. Together, we have created a concept of precise agriculture. Farming for us has a natural tune. We analyze every day’s work under the laws of nature and the needs of the community. We are not just coffee producers. We are specialty coffee growers.
