At Peregrine Coffee Roasters, we take pride in offering high-quality, freshly roasted coffee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products. However, if there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product—please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to make it right.

For merchandise (such as apparel, mugs, or brewing equipment), we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To request a refund or exchange, email us at peregrineroasters@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If applicable, please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Once we review your request, we will provide instructions on the next steps. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
