Peregrine Coffee Roasters ships nationwide to ensure you get fresh, high-quality coffee delivered straight to your door.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 day of purchase. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday go out on the following Monday.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive this email please contact us via email.
- We ship via UPS primarily, and USPS when necessary. Transit times vary depending on location, but we generally average a 3 day delivery time.
- Please take into account that we are a small mountain town and our packages first have to go to the city of Denver for processing. This prevents two day shipping from being a possibility for anyone outside of the Denver, Colorado area.
- Due to our location, heavy snows can delay packages. Holidays and holiday seasons can also slow shipping down by several days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order weight and destination. Free shipping applies on all orders that retail at or over $60 (before tax).
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work quickly to correct the issue.
