We roast coffee regularly and ship as fresh as possible—typically within a few days of roasting—so it arrives at peak flavor.

Rather than strict “light / medium / dark” labels, we roast each coffee to best highlight its natural characteristics. You’ll find tasting notes on each page to help guide you.

This coffee works well across multiple brew methods. We recommend starting with your preferred method and adjusting grind size and ratio to taste. If you’d like guidance, we’re always happy to help.
