Bom Peregrino is a Brazilian offering sourced through our relationship with Covoya Coffee, whose sourcing team brings deep experience and discernment to identifying dependable, high-quality lots. This coffee is composed of a thoughtful blend of pulped-natural and traditional natural-processed coffees, selected for balance, sweetness, and broad versatility across brew methods.

Brazil is the world’s largest coffee producer, a distinction that brings both opportunity and challenge. While the country produces exceptional coffees, its scale has also led to many drinkers encountering Brazil primarily through unremarkable or homogeneous cups. Bom Peregrino was selected to offer a different experience — one that introduces the approachability of Brazilian coffee while clearly expressing quality and intention.

The blend emphasizes body, sweetness, and moderate acidity, making it well-suited for everything from espresso to drip. To maintain consistency, the roasting profile is closely monitored and adjusted as needed throughout the season. Regular cupping ensures the coffee continues to deliver the familiar character customers have come to expect from Bom Peregrino.

This coffee serves as an accessible entry point into specialty coffee, while remaining satisfying and dependable for experienced brewers. It reflects the strength of Brazilian coffees when care is taken at every step — from selection to roasting.

In the Cup

Milk Chocolate

A rich, creamy chocolate note forms the backbone of the cup. Smooth and comforting, it provides depth without heaviness.

Almond Biscotti

Sweetness unfolds with toasted almond and gentle pastry notes, adding warmth and a subtle nuttiness that complements the chocolate base.

Dried Apricot

A soft fruit note emerges on the finish, reminiscent of stone fruit with added intensity. This dried apricot character adds dimension and is a hallmark of the natural processing used in the blend.

Bom Peregrino is designed to be familiar yet expressive — a coffee that performs reliably while still offering moments of discovery.
